Transportation is easy! The area is walkable and there are numerous restaurants and public transport within easy walking distance.
Lyft/Uber and/or private transport are all easy from this amazing location. Lyft/Uber rides usually arrive within 5 minutes! Rides to the airport cost on average $10, rides to ASU about $5, rides to Old Town Scottsdale about $10-$12, and rides to downtown Phoenix about $15-$20.
There is room for 2 cars in the garage, another 2 cars in the driveway, and street parking is free.

The space consists of a 3BR/2BA main house along with a detached casita with extra beds and another bathroom in the back of the house.
The main house is very spacious with an open floor plan that is perfect for larger groups:
– Bedroom #1 features a king-sized bed, attached private bathroom, and a desk/workspace
– Bedroom #2 features a queen-sized bed, and bar-height (or standing) work desk
– Bedroom #3 features 2 twin-sized steel frame platform beds (sturdy enough for adults) and a work desk
– Bathroom #1 is attached to Bedroom #1 with a shower, toilet, and vanity
– Bathroom #2 has a full bathtub/shower, toilet, and 2-sink vanity
– The kitchen features Samsung stainless steel appliances, large island for food prep or eating and quartz countertops. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, plates, glassware, cooking utensils, knives, coffee pot, and toaster.
– The dining room has a table and seating for six with an additional four counter-height seats at the kitchen island
– The lounge area features a 65″ TV, sofa, and loveseat, and fireplace
– Washer and dryer in the laundry room
– There is a large 2 car garage attached garage for guest use. Additionally, there is parking for 2 additional cars in the driveway and street parking
The detached casita in the back-yard is almost 400ft^2 of additional living space.

The pool is private and available year-long. A natural gas heater is installed, and the heater is available from late September through March. There is an additional charge for pool heating. Note that it may take up to 48 hours to achieve pool temp, so all requests must be made at least three days in advance. Please inquire for fees. Pool heating fees will be paid through a separate invoice after the booking has been made.
All linens, towel, sheets, etc are included.

Policies and Rules
- Check-In Time: 4pm; Check-Out: 10am
- Guest Requirements: Minimum of 25 years old
- No pets. Service animals must be disclosed at booking and registered on short term lease.
- Sorry, no parties or events are allowed. Maximum occupancy of 10 persons at any given time.
- No smoking or nonprescription drugs allowed on property.
- Strict quiet hours enforced from 10pm-6am per local ordinance.
- Non-commercial use only. No photo or video shoots on property.
- No housing of sex offenders.
- Transaction Privilege Tax of 14.07% collected at time of booking (6.8% City of Tempe; 7.27% State of Arizona)
- Payments Due: 50% due at time of booking; 50% due at least 2 days prior to check-in.
- Flexible Cancelation Policy: 100% refund if cancelation received at least 14 days prior to check-in. 50% refund between 7 days and 14 days. Within 7 days, we will refund any difference between deposit amount and amount of any received replacement booking (e.g. deposit $1000; last minute replacement booking value of $800; we will refund you $800 dollars).
- For guest and owner security, the property may employ outdoor security cameras and noise monitoring devices. There will never be any interior cameras or devices. Noise monitors do not record audio but will send notifications if outdoor noise levels exceed thresholds. Outdoor cameras are unmonitored and footage is only reviewed if an incident necessitates.
